Story
Raised in Rhode Island by her mother, Phyllis, and grandmother, Vincenzina, Sondra Weiner was taught early on to embrace strength and creative expression. She initially channeled her creativity into a career in fashion design, working alongside couture designers from Boston to New York City. After stepping away from fashion to raise three daughters Sondra returned to her artistic roots.
She continues developing her creative process through taking classes at the Providence Art Club, the Art Students League, and RISD. She is grateful to be a professional member of the Providence Art Club and The Outer Cape Art Collective, a community of artists who support one another's art practice.
